Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Backroad Beauty & Co, every appointment is a reserved moment, built for intention, results, and a little escape from the outside world. We run on respect for time, energy, and experience, yours and ours.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

* Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a $25/25%( which ever is greater) late cancellation fee

* Missed appointments (no-shows) will result in a $25/25%( which ever is greater) no-show fee

Late Arrivals

Running behind happens — we get it. However, arriving late may shorten your service to stay on track for the day. Full service pricing will still apply.

Card on File

A valid card may be required to secure your appointment. All cancellation and no-show fees will be charged to the card on file.

We’re not a rush-in, rush-out kind of space. Every service is designed to feel intentional, elevated, and worth slowing down for. Respecting your appointment time ensures we can deliver that experience to every guest who walks through our doors.
